It is with great sadness we announce the passing of ADONIS YAWORSKI on Friday, October 28, 2016 at the young age of 56 years.
The memory of Adonis will be cherished by his loving wife Heather, who in Adonis’ words was the “Love of his Life”; brother Adrian (Brenda) Yaworski; sisters Celeste (Rick) Kent, Sheila (Roger) Devine, Andrea (Ken) Zelinski; and his many Nieces, Nephews, and Friends.
Adonis was born in Invermay, SK on November 13, 1959. Adonis was predeceased by his parents Rose and Edmund Yaworski.
Adonis spent his childhood years growing up in Rama, SK. He moved to Regina in 1978, that year he met Heather, he told his friends then…”I’m going to marry that girl” and he did! Adonis’s love in life was Heather, she was his world. They created many great memories with all they did together, travelling, hiking, biking, golf, skiing, snowboarding, SCUBA diving and wood carving. For those of you who were fortunate to receive one of those wood carvings….You have a very unique piece of Adonis.
Adonis retired in April 2015 from the City of Regina Transit, where he was employed for 25 years.
Heather and Adonis lived a “Fairy Tale Life” they loved each other truly!
A Celebration of his Life will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. in Christ Lutheran Church, 4825 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK.
In lieu of flowers, a donation, in Adonis’ name can be made to the Regina Humane Society. http://reginahumanesociety.ca.
