We manage every aspect of the process—from required documentation, consular approvals, and customs clearance to airline coordination and embassy communication—ensuring a smooth and respectful journey. Our team remains closely involved throughout, keeping you informed and supported while handling all logistics with dignity and attention to detail.

Additional options such as visitations, keepsake jewelry, or extra death certificates can be included, allowing you to personalize the service in a way that brings comfort and honours your loved one's wishes.

In-home arrangement (or meet virtually/phone)
Consulate services and all documentation - coordinate, attend, courier (consulate fees extra, charged at-cost)
Coordinate flight arrangements, transfer to airport (flight fees extra, charged at-cost)
Coordinate with receiving funeral home (receiving funeral home fees extra, charged at-cost)
Registration of death with Vital Statistics
Transfer from place of death (24-hour service) and to airport
Embalmbing, dressing and casketing
Online Obituary and Executor Assistance Resources

Extra fees to consider: casket and/or shipping crate, airfare (at-cost), consulate fees (at-cost), receiving funeral home fees (at-cost) - all which we organize with you and your family. Death Certificate and taxes not included

Return of Certificates

Once everything is complete, we deliver the death certificate(s) directly to your home.
