James Henry Waters

James Henry Waters passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at the age of 82 years. He was predeceased by his parents William and Gertrude; sister Ivy (Fred); and brother-in-law Nick Dobko. James is survived by his sister Elaine Dobko; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. No funeral service will be held.
