Susan Mae Senger

 Susan Mae Senger, late of Regina, Saskatchewan, passed peacefully from this life on April 30, 2021 at the age of 66.

 Sue was born to James and Victoria McMillan in Regina, Saskatchewan, the only daughter among 3 boys. She was doted upon and maintained a close relationship as caregiver to her parents throughout her life.

 In 1976 Sue married Robert Brian Senger and they soon settled down to start her life’s work of raising a family. She and Robert shared nearly 45 years of marriage together. Their devotion to each other, their faith, and family through all the joys and hardships of life continue to serve as a beautiful example of love to all who have known them. 

 A woman of strong faith and vivacious spirit, Sue took great pride in her family on whom she lavished time and energy. She loved to read, cook, was an accomplished baker, and cherished a good visit over coffee and a game of cards. She and Robert also found great joy in the outdoors, instilling in their children a love of camping and fishing, hiking and campfires. To her family and friends, she was known to be graciously hospitable and she was generous to a fault. Giving was truly the language she used to make others feel supported and cherished.

 Most importantly Sue’s love of the Lord has been paramount in her life since she was a teenager. She challenged herself and her family to follow the path of Christ leaning on Him in prayer during times of difficulty and honouring Him with her selfless acts of love and generosity. This is a great legacy and serves as a strong example of lifelong faith for all who have been blessed to know her. 

 She was predeceased by her brothers William and Gerald and grandson Kaiden. Susan is survived by her husband Robert and their two children Jennifer (Andrae) Johnson and Christopher (Christie) Senger; five grandchildren; her parents Jim and Vicky; her brother Ron; as well as many other beloved relatives, nieces, and nephews.
