Darwin Garth Ironstand
October 26, 2021

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Darwin Garth Ironstand, late of Regina, Saskatchewan on October 26, 2021 at the age of 49 years.
He will be lovingly remembered by his partner Traci and her children Evan, Hunter and Charlotte; his parents Garth and Lorna Ironstand; his brothers David (Marie) and Duane; his nieces Nava, Berkeley and Claire; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Darwin spent many years living in Winnipeg, Manitoba and Regina, Saskatchewan and has family and friends across the country. His bright smile and quick humour were a light to all who knew him. His joyous spirit made everything fun. Traci and her girls were the loves of his life and the Dallas Cowboys a distant second.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. (Manitoba time) in the chapel of NairnChyz-Wolkowski Funeral Service, 325 Main Street, Roblin, Manitoba. Celebration of Life will be held in Regina, Saskatchewan at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Oshki-Giizhig Inc. where Darwin was a dedicated board member for many years.

Bro, you went too soon, as did our close family member. You and Mom are gone too soon. It's been a year since we realized a life without both of you. Some days, I cannot put my thoughts together on how life was so short for you. I know that was a challenging time for Mom, and continues for Dad. I always thought that we would retire with our houses built close to each other so that we could go visit each other, and we could help build our retirement cabins. I still think of where you wanted your house, and often miss you during the day. I have regrets that I never told you more about how much you meant to me and the "bros" , which is a lot. Never in a hundred years had we envisioned a life without you so soon. I love you bro. I Miss you bro, I wish you were still here. I'm sorry if I was not there for you at any time in my life. Man I miss you. I hold on to my memories and laughter we shared and the many funny jokes and humor we exchanged. You're my best big bro. ~ Ryann Ironstand
