Regina Hird

On Saturday, February 27, 2021 Mrs. Regina Hird (“Reggie” by all who knew her), late of Regina, SK, passed away peacefully at the age of 88 years. She was predeceased by her husband Neil; parents Stefan and Katharina Kampert; her brother John and her sister-in-law Carol. Mom is survived by her brother Fred (Evelyn); her son Richard (Bobbi) and grandchildren Rachel (Chad), Rebecca (Paul), and Renee (Shane); son Doug (Bev) and grandchildren Mac and Fraser; and daughter Gloria (Rick) and grandchildren Amanda (Jordan) and Amber (Bryton); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Reggie was an especially proud great-grandmother to Tyson, Kayla, Liam, Holly, Aubrey, Owen, Winter, Ethyn, Ava, Freya, and Noella; and Mom was looking forward to welcoming three more great-grandchildren whom are on the way. A Private Funeral Service for Regina will be held on Friday, March 5, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. with live streaming broadcast at www.resurrectionparish.ca from Resurrection Roman Catholic Parish. A private interment, where Mom will be laid to rest beside Dad, will follow at Regina Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Regina’s memory may be made to the Golden Sunset Club, Box 207, Pilot Butte, SK S0G 3Z0 or to Creative Kids Saskatchewan, 404-2125 - 11th Avenue, Regina, SK S4P 3X3.

Your mom was a close friend for many many years. The hird family and Krushelniski was two peas in a pot. Gathering. Neil and my husband John Krushelniski was rather working and curling was a past time. Many great times together and loved your mom.(Reg) for you outing and always go shopping for stuff and groceries. Just to hand out and talk about the great old days. Reg was a big help with myself and alway there for me and Reg there for me. Like a good sister she was and will be missed by many. Ispco was a big family and allot of great families working at the streel plant on Regina ,Sask.
