Messages of Condolence
Gina and family, I am so sorry for the loss of your husband, father, step father, uncle and friend. Art was a very kind person and I was lucky to benefit from his thoughtfulness and kindness, from making sure I had the right pots and pans to an excellent shoe tree. He loved you so much Gina and it was the first thing he told me way back in 1990. Art was always good for a joke and loved to make us laugh. Rest in peace dear friend. Lynda ~ Lynda Bell

Art was a very special friend. He and my husband Spence spent hours in conversation at their favorite place at the Chilliwack campground. At 10 am they would meet at Art’s table with their coffee ready to discuss the highlights of the world. Spence and I enjoyed Art’s sense of humor very much as well as his kindness and willingness to help anyone in need. He was always giving us items from his awesome collection of things in his garden shed. Art did like to shop and he delighted in finding bargains. We were lucky to know Art as a true friend. He will be truly missed. ~ Mary Ann Mikituk
