With sad hearts we announce that Gord passed away quickly, surrounded by friends and family. He will be greatly missed by his wife Peggy, son Wayne and his wife Jackie, grandchildren Cameron, Shane, great-grandchildren Coby, Cali, Colt, Annabelle, Cayse.

Gord was born in Vancouver B.C. and lived his adult life in Langley. In his retirement life, Gord and his wife Peggy would spend each summer at Cultus Lake, enjoying all the family and friends that would visit them through the summer months.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday July 22, 2023 noon to 3:30 PM at Langley Senior Resources Society, 20605 – 51B Avenue Langley B.C.

Unc you were an amazing person. No one could have asked for a better uncle than you. We will miss you everyday. We will keep your memory alive with all our wonderful memories. I know you are up in heaven dancing up a storm.

Wow, close to home. We were separated in age by 18 months. Never thought you would go first. Always the athletic type. Heavenly Father needs you. What a wonderful legacy you have left behind. Love & comfort to all your family.

Peggy, Wayne and family my thoughts are with you do you have been part of the family the day I can remember. So many of my childhood memories are with you and grandma and grandpa are going swimming at the pool camping. We’re going to miss you lots. The world won’t be the same without you unc. But I know you’ll always be here with us. I’ll think of you every time I hit a red light. He was notorious for hitting every red light between point A and point B.

Uncle Gord (Unc) will be dearly missed by all who knew him and loved him. Truly one of the “good guys”, his love for family, and old cars was passed on to all of us that spent time with him growing up. Summers away camping with Auntie and Unc, Wayne and Denise were some of my fondest memories as a kid! We may not see you everyday now Unc, but we know you are with us always.
