Roberta Phyllis Vera Rakai (Anderson)

Roberta passed away suddenly at the age of 68 years.

 She was dearly loved and will be missed by her son Richard (Christina) and grandchildren Kaleb, Breanna, and Hunter; son Michael; and lifelong friend Bill Chornomaz. She is also survived by her siblings Mae (Murray), Joan (Daren), Kenny, Diane, Tim (Anita) and Christopher; as well as her Aunt Mary, Aunt June, and Uncle Angus; along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her mother and father Katherine and Ken Anderson; her grandparents Eldon and Iva Campbell; her Aunts Ramona, Eileen, Jean, Doris, Amy, and Bernice; her Uncles Duncan, Orval, Archie, and Stan; and her cousin Lesley.

 Roberta was born in Winnipeg, MB where later as a young child she moved with her family to Regina, SK. Roberta worked as a waitress, bartender, and then in the deli department at Safeway Grocery Store on 13th Avenue, Regina, SK until she retired in 2021. She enjoyed bingo and visiting with family. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren Kaleb, Breanna, and Hunter. She loved her children and was so immensely proud of her grandchildren.

 Roberta will be buried in the Campbell family plot at Girvin Cemetery, Girvin, SK.  Service and Interment times will be announced at a later date.
