Kenneth (Ken) James Ingram

January 5th, 2021

It is with immense sadness Ken’s family announces his passing on January 5, 2021 at the age of 74 years. Ken was born and raised in Moose Jaw, SK. He enjoyed a career with both the Federal (PFRA) and Provincial (SaskTel) Governments.

Ken is survived by his wife of 53 years, Joan; daughter Shari (Andy) Mosthaf; son Christopher (Christina) Ingram; his grandchildren Mitchell, Penny and Colin Ingram. He also leaves to mourn his sister Shirley Osmond.

Ken wished to donate his organs but that was not possible due to the cancer that overtook him. He was, however, happy he could donate his corneas with the hope they would be compatible with someone waiting for the gift of sight. He said there was no greater gift than an organ donation and encourages everyone to consider that opportunity. Special thanks to Doctors Morris, O’Byrne, Hagel, Johnson and Baumann and the amazing staff at Palliative Home Care and the Palliative Unit 3A at the Regina Pasqua Hospital.

At Ken’s request, there will be no funeral service and interment will take place at a later date. Those so wishing, may make a donation in Ken’s memory to the Palliative Care Unit 3A, Pasqua Hospital, Regina SK.

Messages:

Joan and Family We are very sorry to hear of your loss. Gregory and Margaret and our family

Dear Joan, I was so sad and shocked to hear of Ken's passing. When we were small, I thought of him like he was my older brother. I have fond memories of his sense of humour and how he teased me, as I thought a brother would. I am praying that you and your family will be comforted when things Ken said or did find their way into your daily lives. When that happens, you will know that he is still with you. Love, Glenda

Joan & family. I worked with Ken at SaskTel in the late 80’s. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during your time of sorrow.

Joan and family. Sharmaine and I were saddened to learn of Ken's passing and extend our sincere condolences. We often comment to each other how much we enjoyed having you as neighbors and were sad when you moved to your new condo home. We hope the good memories built during your 53 years of marriage to Ken will help you through this difficult time.

Joan and family Sincere sympathy in the loss of Ken. We worked together years ago at SaskTel and I always enjoyed our time together. May your memories bring comfort in the coming days
