Messages:

Sweet be thy rest, my love. During our brief time together, you gave me some of the most precious memories of my life. Yours forever and always. I love you.

Laurie and I worked together for many years. She will be missed. She was a dedicated worker and loved her residents. We were so happy when she became an R.N. At Sunday morning breakfast we listened to Golden Oldies and sang along with our Residents. She was always bringing them little treats and making them laugh. We did a few shopping trips to Stoon and tried out lots of restaurants. AND we laughed a lot. I will miss you Old Friend. R.I.P. Until we meet Again. Cynthia

My Dear Laurie Ann you will be missed. I was looking so forward to seeing you at the reunion this year but the universe had it's own plans. Reconecting with you after so many years was wonderful. Your jokes and zest for life will always be in my heart. David I am so sorry for your loss. My heart is heavy with grief for you. All my love and prayers go out to the family and friends who love you Laurie Ann. Sleep peacefully special Lady.

Laurie-Anne was such a nice person to anyone and everyone she ever came across. Her laugh was infectious and she could always come up with a song for any single word anyone spoke. We had many sing alongs on night shifts in ER. You will truly be missed. Rest In Peace my friend, until we meet again. My condolences to all of her family.

To one of the kindest, most gentle, loving souls that I have ever met. Thank-you for so many amazing Emerg memories. Rest easy and enjoy your ‘large two creams’ my friend.

Laurie-Anne stands out as one of my favourite colleagues in Emergency. When I saw my assignment was with her, I knew I would enjoy the shift. She was fun, caring, smart and a great advocate for her patients!

Laurie-Anne introduced me to Emergency nursing and selflessly gave of herself to her students and patients. She will be very missed. My sincere condolences to her family. ❤

I went to a fair when I was little with my sister. We met her along with Marcia. Good memories. My condolences.

There are no words that can express the deep sadness and loss I feel. Kind, loving and generous heart and soul. Sending much love and prayers to Susan, Linda, Louise and their families.

She will forever live on in the kindness she shared and the love she had for her family. Such a caring, compassionate person. I am blessed to have spent time with her.

My condolences to Laurie-Anne’s family. Laurie brought back my sense of warmth and the feelings associated with one of the best hugs I have ever received! An Angel truly received her wings, she will be missed by so many!
