Timothy John Connaughty
September 4, 2025
Timothy John Connaughty passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at the age of 80 years. He will be dearly missed by his loving partner Carmen; his son Patrick Casey, his daughter Kari Lynn (Paul Sinkewicz); grandchildren Timothy Jacob and Emily Laurel. Tim will be fondly remembered by his extended family as well, including many nieces and nephews.
Tim is predeceased by his parents Marion Mathilda (née Reid) and Timothy Andrew, and his brother Samuel Murray Andrew (Irene). The Connaughty brothers shared years of happy memories and occasional mischief while growing up in Sedley, SK.
Words will never capture everything Tim was to so many people, and the profound impact he had in our lives with his humility, generosity, and wonderful sense of humour. There has never been anyone more loyal or dedicated to his family, his friends, and his work.
Tim was a professional truck driver for more than 50 years, closing out his career with CPC Logistics, proudly hauling John Deere equipment into the United States and across Saskatchewan for 31 years. Tim logged more than a million miles, accident free and without complaint.
Tim’s family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Pasqua Hospital, Pioneer Village, and the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre for their exceptional care over the past four months.
Special thanks from the family to Tim’s best friend Reg Brown for his faithful friendship of more than 50 years.
At Tim’s request there will be no service, however for those wishing to leave online messages of condolence, please visit www.Myalternatives.ca/Regina.

Kari & Paul: What a beautiful tribute to Kari’s father. I wish I could have met and known him. We often talked about our journey caring for elderly parents. Kari -- you protected and cared for your father perfectly and you loved your father perfectly. I am so sorry for your loss. May the Lord give you peace at all times and in all ways. ✝🤍 ~ Sherry Richert

My condolences to the family. Tim was a fun guy to be around. He would always make you laugh. Tim drove for me for a brief time before he got on with John Deere. I also hauled JD parts to Calgary every second night, so was able to still see him from time to time. A shout out to Reg Brown as well. Reg and Tim were close friends. RIP Tim. ~ Wes Schmidt
Tim was just a good guy and a great trucker. I worked with him for many years at John Deere. He chatted with so much common sense , We had a few golfing outings and it was always about the visit, not the game. Great conversations with him. Condolences to Carman and all of Tim’s family. Rest in peace Tim. ~ Johnny Knox
