George Stanley Lind

George Stanley Lind passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at the Bethany Care Centre in Airdrie, Alberta with his family by his side. George is lovingly remembered by his wife, Kathleen; and their blended family, Della, Bonnie, and Rod (Chrystal) Lind; Steven, Jim (Kim) Nevada, and Barb (Nevada) McCabe (deceased). He will be missed by all his children as well as his grandchildren, Jessica (Matthew) Gard,  Dalton (Hougestol), Delanee and Danica Lind, Will Nevada, Lana (Julien) Leblanc, Daniel O’Hara, and Stephani McCabe; and his great grandchildren, Emerson Gard, and Trinity Leblanc. George will also be missed by his sister, Inez Walker; sister-in-law, Jean Lind; brother-in-law, Edward (Carole) Carlson; and many nieces and nephews.  A Celebration of George’s Life will be held at the Airdrie United Church on Saturday, January 9. 2016 at 1:30 pm with a luncheon at the Bethany Care Centre immediately afterwards.
