Heather passed away suddenly at Peace Arch Hospital on Dec 3, 2019. Surrounded by loved ones. She is survived by her devoted husband Thom Kennedy, stepson Shawn, stepdaughter Starla (Glenn) and her three grandchildren Tavin, Kobyn and Fynlee along with her many Nieces and Nephews.

Predeceased by her parents Edith Cavall Parker Beck, Alexander Obadiah Clarence George Percival Beck, Brother Ronald Barry Dixon and Sister Maxine Easthope.

No service will follow at this time but if you wish to make a donation in her name in lieu of flowers, it can be done to type 1 Diabetes.

Such a beautiful picture of my dear friend. Everything about Heather was beautiful. She hired me at my first job when I was 16 and I'm now 62. That says a lot about the years of our friendship. We didn't need to speak to each other everyday, week,or month. We just knew we were great friends. Heather was special to me because she gave me a friendship of love and I gave her the same. For so long she battled poor health and she often said to me if she only imagined how dibilatating the disease would become she would have made better choices with her health in the earlier years. We all do the best we can with the cards we are dealt. Heather is free now with no further pain. This gives me peace that her beautiful soul will support Thom through these difficult days of loss. My dear, sweet, beautiful Auntie Heather! How I miss you so much!
