Kasandra Lyn Miller-Snyder was born May 23, 2000, in Red Deer, Alberta. She was taken from us in a tragic vehicle accident on Tuesday, March 8th, 2022, at the age of 21. Kasandra was known by family, friends and the community for her caring heart and love for animals.
She will be forever loved and remembered by her Mother, Shelley; Brother, Braydon (Tonya); Niece and Nephew, Harlow & Brooks and extended family and many friends.
Her career was spent caring for others at Snowy Owl Medical Clinic and living the western lifestyle at Irvine’s Tack and Western Wear. Her true passion has always been raising and showing her Welsh ponies, and horses. Her future endeavors included attending college in the fall for Agriculture Management in Olds, and travel adventures with mom and friends. Kasandra has been called home and reunited with grandpa and grandma and her animals.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Kasandra can be made to the Didsbury AG Society, Box 1723 Didsbury, AB, T0M 0W0.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Zion Church on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 2:00 PM. A livestream video will be available, please see the link below.

Kas was such a bright light. She lit up any room with her kind eyes and smile. I worked with her for a brief period at the clinic and I can say she was one to be admired.
