After a short battle with cancer, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a beautiful soul. She is survived by her husband, Larry Ridley; 2 children, Shawn Ridley ( Sabah), and Tanya Ridley; as well as 3 grandchildren, Liam, Shayla, and Aidan. Claudette is predeceased by her father and sister. A Memorial Service to be held on Thursday, May 1st, 2014 at 6:00 pm at the Highwood Community Hall, 16 Harlow Avenue NW, Calgary, AB. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Claudette’s memory to The Brain Tumor Foundation Of Canada, #301, 620 Colborne Street, London, ON, N6B 3R9.

Dear Larry and family. Claudette is one of the kindest people I know. Working with her was a pleasure; she made life at SAIT enjoyable and easy to navigate for hundreds of students and staff. Claudette, I will miss you. You were so kind to me the entire time we worked together and after.
