Messages:

Hugh, Cathy and family, you are all in my prayers. You have my deepest sympathy for your devastating loss. May Our Lord strengthen and console you during this time of trial.

I messaged Katie this morning to ask her if she was kicking Cancers Ass. She hadn't answer as yet so I jumper on her Facebook. I am so upset and sad that this world has lost Katie and her daughters. She was such a beautiful person. I chat to her last on messenger on the 18/7/21. I'm gutted and I'd love to chat to you when your ready. I want to know what happened after I spoke to her last. I want to know how her girls are and what the plan is for them. Katie wanted them to stay with her partner vs David. Please chat to me.

I only met Katie about a year and half ago through our daughters at school. While it was a short time knowing her, I could tell immediately she was the kindest, most genuine person - someone you always want to be around. I'm so saddened and shocked to hear of her passing. Sending my heartfelt condolences to the family.

I played soccer with Katie in Brisbane many years ago, but I'll never forget her infectious smile and her kindness towards everyone she met. I'm heartbroken the world has lost such a beautiful person inside and out. I'm glad to have known her. My thoughts are with all her friends and family during this difficult time. Together we will keep her memory bright!

Thinking of you all and sending our heartfelt condolences.

Cathy, Hugh and family. My condolences go out to you and all Kathryn's loved ones. So young and taken too soon. May God bless and keep you. I am very sorry for your loss and I will keep you in my prayers.

Hugh, Cathy, Krista and Lindsay, -- I am so sorry for your great loss. Katie was one of my students through many years at Mackenzie High School, and I have many happy memories of her in class and in sports and field trips. I also enjoyed catching up with her several times after she left Deep River to live her dreams in Australia. Such an outstanding, beautiful, empathetic and generous person! Thinking now of all of you, her children and her family.

Cathy, Hugh, Krista, Lindsay, Andrew, and Katie's 3 girls, I am so sorry for your tragic loss. The O'Neill cousins are saddened. Katie had such a zest for life, and her kindness to Alexa will not be forgotten - she certainly made Alexa's move to Lake Louise easier. We were so looking forward to catching up with her during our ski trip to Lake Louise last March, and with her fierce determination, we all hoped for next winter. Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers. May you find some comfort in the memories you share. Katie certainly loved her girls and is watching from above.

Absolutely heartbroken to have heard this news. My thoughts go out to the children in the difficult months to come. If the family needs anything please don’t hesitate to reach out.
