Meie Zhang

It is with great sadness that we mourn and announce the passing of Zhang, Meie. After a difficult fight with pancreatic cancer for five months, Meie passed on the night of Jan 06, 2023, in the Salvation Army Rotary Hospice of Richmond, BC. She was surrounded by her loving family during her last few weeks. Her son was near her bedside on her final day in the hospice.  Meie is a much-loved mother, grandmother; a caring sister; and a friend to many.  She is a well-respected women entrepreneur of her time, and a supportive mentor for many younger generations.   She will be deeply missed and forever loved by her family; and all her friends who remember her for her strong determination, sincerity, and kindness.  

我们怀着沉痛的心情宣告，张美娥女士，因罹患胰腺癌医治无效，于2023年一月6日晚，在加拿大BC省列治文市，与世长辞。她的家人在她临终最后几周，始终陪伴于侧，送她走完了最后一程。

 

张美娥女士是一个深受爱戴的母亲，祖母；是很多人贴心的姐妹挚友。她曾是个广受尊敬的女企业家；也是许多年轻后辈的导师和楷模。

 

她将为永远活在我们心中，被我们铭记！
