Timothy Andrew Young

January 22, 1964 to September 8, 2013.

With sadness we say goodbye to Tim, a beautiful son, father, brother, cousin, uncle and friend. Tim left behind beloved son, William (mother Erin); Mother, Veronica; Stepfather, Mike; siblings, Randy (Valerie) and Chris; his Uncle, Wayne (Kathy); brother-in-law, Jack; niece, Taylor; best friend, Carol along with numerous, cherished relatives. Tim was predeceased by his father, Cal; his brother, Calvin; sister, Stephanie; and his loving grandparents Stephanie and Nick. Tim worked for Impulse Technologies as a warehouse manager as well as the Fairmont Hotel chain for many years. He will forever be remembered as a wonderful man, for his love of life and family and his beautiful smile. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 16, 2013 at St. Gerard’s Parish, 8944 Elbow Drive S.W. Calgary, AB T2V 1L2

at 12 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make donations directly to St. Gerard’s Parish at 403-253-2251. A celebration of his life will be held afterwards at The Carriage House Inn 9030 Macleod Trail South, Calgary, AB from 1:30-4 p.m. in the Lincoln Shire Room.

Dear Veronica and Mike, I just learned of Tim's passing today and though we have not seen each other for some years I remember him fondly. When I think of Tim and working with him at the golf course, I can only smile. He always made me laugh. My heart feels heavy and I will miss him dearly. I hope you have some comfort in knowing he touched so many people with his humor and personality. He had a real life force that drew people to him and that is how I will always remember him. You are in my prayers and I hope some comfort comes from knowing how many lives he has touched. God bless.
