John Douglas Yeomans

John passed away peacefully at the age of 94. He is predeceased by his son Douglas Joseph and is survived by his loving wife of 71 years Shirley, daughter Debbie (Elmer), 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

John was born on the family farm in Langley B.C. to the Yeomans, a founding pioneer family, living his whole life on the homestead. John worked as a farmer and served his country during WW11, as well as working as a long haul truck driver for over 40 years. There is no service by request.

So sorry to hear of John's passing. I looked forward to him&Shirley visiting me every Friday for fish n chips at the Galley for many of my years working there. They were so very funny and kind.
