Whitney Montgomery Ten-Pow, age 87, of Richmond, BC went to his heavenly home on August 20, 2026, finishing his earthly race with steadfast faith, gentle spirit and quiet dignity.
Born on August 1, 1939 in Georgetown, Guyana to Victor and Zaharah, Whitney lived a life marked by countless hours in prayer, deep love of God’s Word and unwavering service to Jesus Christ. His belief in a loving and just God was at the center of his life. He trusted God’s promises through both joyful and difficult seasons letting his faith guide him daily as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
Whitney is deeply missed by his wife of 63 years, Grace, his children: Joel (Carissa), Debbie (Michael), Paul (Elaine) and his grandsons: Ethan, Rowan, Micah, Silas, Max. Whitney is mourned by his siblings: Jean, Carol, Colleen, Gloria, David (Predeceased - Hyacinth, Frederick, Noel) and a host of extended family members as well as many brothers and sisters in Christ.
