Roy Edmund Weatherley

It is with heavy hearts that we share with you the sudden passing of Roy, loved husband of Patricia “Pat”. He will be truly missed by his brother, Stephen (Joy); sons, John (Lee), David (Nicky) all of New Zealand and Marcus (Amber) of Vancouver Island. Roy was a proud grandfather of Bradley, Mark, Talore, Andrew, Benjamin, Shay, Chase and Damian. Sharing in our sorrow are many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends in New Zealand, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Australia and Canada. He was predeceased by his parents, Frederick and Frances Weatherley; his older brother, Sydney (Zoe); and his baby sister, Alison. A gathering to honour Roy will be held at the Rosscarrock Community Hall, 4411-10th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 11:00am.

Messages of Condolence

It was very sad news of the passing of our friend Roy who we had known for 42 yrs. Not only was Roy a friend, but he was the brother I never had. We spent many hours making wine and, of course, drinking it. We also played snooker and Roy won 9 out of 10 . We also worked for the same courier co. for a number of yrs. Jean & I ( yorkie) will miss him greatly.
