Wallace Johnson, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great- grandfather, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 11, 2025, at the age of 83 years, surrounded by his family.
Wallace was predeceased by Linda (wife), Clarence (Father), Ellen (Mother), Beatrice and Christine (Sisters).He is survived by his wife Helen; siblings Ruby, Candice and Chris; children Michael (Jackie) and Melanie (Stuart); along with several grand and great-grandchildren.
Wally spent 20 years as councilor of the RM of Sherwood where he and Linda enjoyed a life of farming, along with many years on the road as a long-haul truck driver. He will be sorely missed by his many friends and neighbors. He never passed up a chance to assist friends, community or a total stranger, when he could.
Internment to be held on July 5th at 11:00 am at Foxleigh Church, at the junction of Ravenwood Road and Foxleigh Road. Lunch to follow.
