Raymond Villeneuve of Sudbury, Ontario passed away on Friday June 28th, 2024 at the tender age of 44.
He leaves behind cherished memories and a legacy of love that will forever resonate in the hearts of those who knew him.
Raymond was born to Richard (predeceased 2009) and Caroline (Levesque)Villeneuve (predeceased 1999) of Sudbury, Ontario. He is survived by his loving sisters Natalie Bertrand (Bernie) and Manon Herdman (Patrick). He will be deeply missed by his niece Isabelle-Caroline and nephew Brandon-James Bertrand of Sudbury, and nieces Livia and Piper Herdman of Ottawa, whom he cherished dearly.
Raymond’s family held a significant importance in his life. He maintained connections with his relatives including his maternal grandmother, Rita (Sauvé) Levesque and late grandfather Raymond Levesque, as well as his paternal grandparents, late grandmother Joan (St-Onge) Villeneuve, Roger Villeneuve and significant other Aurore Dubé. These bonds were important sources of support and comfort for him.
His memory will live on in the stories shared by his Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
In honouring Raymond’s life, an intimate celebration of life will be held at a later date for immediate family members.
During this time of grief, may we find solace in the memories we held dear, and may Raymond’s spirit continue to inspire us all to live each day with compassion and joy.
