Mrs. Jacoba Vigh passed away suddenly from complications of pneumonia on Friday, June 29, 2013. She will be lovingly remembered by her 4 children, 10 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. Jacoba was predeceased by her parents. She is best remembered as Cobie the Barmaid of the St. Louis Hotel for 26 years. To honour her wishes, a private service will be held.
