Michael Wayne Vandale

Micheal was born in Calgary, Alberta to his parents Jenny and Leonard Vandale. He is lovingly remembered by his fiancé Barb Kreba, and her children Sabrina and Kelly Baardseth, and their five children; his stepdaughter, Deanna; his four sisters, Linda, Theresa, Janice and Maureen; brother Marvin; nieces and nephews, Amanda, Tanya, Candice, Lindsey, Shelley, Kerry, Kyleen, Gloria, Nicole, Tayla, Vincent, Daryl, Tyler, Dwayne, Ricky-Rae, and Jason; as well as many other extended family members. Mike was predeceased by his parents, his twin brother Darcy and sister Lorraine.

Mike was a foreman pipe layer, excellent mechanic and enjoyed camping. He always liked gathering with friends and family.

Sadly, Mike passed away as a result of a tragic swimming accident. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. He was a very kind-hearted and helpful man. After his cremation, a gathering for family and friends will be held later.

I attended Albert Park Elementary School with Mike and Darcy. I wanted to marry Mike when I was six. And I thought if that didn't work then I would marry Darcy...funny how kids think. I have fond memories. RIP
