March 9, 1940 – March 27, 2020

Bill passed away after a lengthy illness. He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Shirley; children; step-children; grandchildren; great-grandchildren and all their spouses as well as his sisters and brothers. A Private Scattering will take place at a later date.
