Carole was born in Trochu, Alberta on December 26, 1936 and passed away peacefully at the Foothills Medical Centre in Calgary, Alberta on October 3, 2019. She was surrounded by family and close relatives. 

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and devoted friend to many. She will be lovingly remembered by Henry, her husband of 58 years; son, Derrick (Lyne); son, Christopher; daughter, Jenelle; daughter-in-law, Nancy; grandchildren, Katrina (Scott), Nathan, Mackenzie and Joshua; and many close relatives and friends. With special mention to Lisa McKnight who Mom always considered to be a second daughter. Carole was predeceased by her parents, Wilmer and Olga Weicker; brothers, Stewart and Lloyd and her son, Bradley. 

Mom enjoyed many things over the years. Being a nanny for families in the area and a matron for the R.C.M.P in Airdrie. She also loved traveling to various places in British Columbia, Hawaii, Ontario and Quebec with family and close friends. Mom created many wonderful things doing needlework, paper tole, stained glass, cooking and entertaining.  She was quick with cracking a good joke, and making the home a very welcome and wonderful place to be. 

At her request, no formal funeral service will be held.
