Stanley Blair Wright, of Regina Saskatchewan, passed away on the morning of September 8, 2025, at the age of 70. Stan was the eldest of 3 children, of Keith and Flo Wright. Stan is survived by his wife Shelley of 49 years. Stan was a proud, hardworking man, who spent 47 years driving truck, picking up raw milk, delivering milk products and hauling fuel. He made friends everywhere he went. He and Shelley enjoyed their time with their loving children, and numerous friends that became family at their hidden summer oasis at Sherwood Forest and their winters in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
Stan loved being around people, nurturing his friendships, and constantly cultivating new ones any chance he got. Stan enjoyed watching his grandchildren play hockey, watching rider games with his friends, and golfing several times a week. He bragged about his children and grandchildren and the memories they held in his heart. Stan will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all that knew him.
A celebration of his life will be held next summer. Updates to follow closer to the planned date. Please refer back to this page for details.
