Winnie passed away peacefully, at the age of 91, on October 6, 2018 at Weatherby Pavilion in White Rock surrounded by family. she lived a full life, raising a large family of 10 children. Survived by Georgia Reid (Bob), Janet Postlethwaite (Rod), Fred Sokoloski (Cindy), Cathy Thompson (Carman), Stewart Sokoloski (Kandy), Bev
Sokoloski, Judy Peel (Brian), Herb Sokoloski, Carolyn Burow (Paul), Eileen O’Neill (Rob), and 20 Grandchildren, and 23 Great grandchildren.
Special thanks to all the staff at Weatherby Pavilion, for all the care they provided.
A celebration of life will be held on October 14, 2018 at 11:00am Avalon Surrey Funeral Home 13288− 108 Avenue Surrey BC.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the BC Cancer Agency or BC Lung Association would be appreciated.
