We regretfully announce the passing of Patrick Michael Snow, who passed away Sunday, June 27, 2021 with his wife Carol by his side. Pat had a difficult battle with lung cancer and is finally at rest. He will be forever loved and forever remembered.

He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Carol; his brother, Tim; and four sisters, Maureen, Kathy, Wendy & Susan; as well as 5 Nieces & 7 Nephews and many Great-Nieces & Great-Nephews. Pat was predeceased by his father, Gerry & his mother, Barb

No Funeral Service will take place as Pat requested, but we do appreciate your love & support during this difficult time.
