Nancy Small

Nancy passed away after a four month battle with a malignant brain cancer. She is survived by her husband of 52 years Nick and her two children, Kevin (Marlo) Small and Erica (Chris) Meier and six grandchildren Andrew, Emily, Kaitlyn, and Nathan Meier, Ariya and Lucy Small. She was pre deceased by an infant son Keith in 1979. A pillar of the family and beloved wife, mother, and Grammie, she will leave a hole in the family that can’t be filled.

Nancy grew up in Vancouver and graduated from Prince of Wales Secondary. During their marriage, Nancy and Nick lived in Vancouver, Vancouver Island, Edmonton, Toronto and Delta before moving to Abbotsford in 1989. During her retirement Nancy and Nick travelled extensively and her joy was spending time with her grand children.

Covid permitting, a celebration of life will be held sometime in the new year.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Abbotsford Hospice Society would be appreciated.
