SKORPAK, Maria (Mary)

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Skorpak in Calgary, Alberta on Monday, December 8, 2014 at the age of 91 years.

She leaves behind her daughter, Janet (Shane) Collison; and her grandson, Adam Collison (Dani). Mary was predeceased by her husband, Peter Skorpak. Mary will be remembered for her kindness, her positive attitude toward everything and everyone and her love for walking. She was very much loved and will be dearly missed – never forgotten. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff of the Bowcrest Nursing Home in Bowness, Calgary for their kindness and compassion. There will be a Private Service held for the family.

Messages of Condolence

We are sorry to hear of your loss. Mary was an amazing person and will be dearly missed. Even though we had not seen her for awhile, we thought of her often. We have many fond memories of her. Emily thought the world of her and she was one special lady. Again we are very sorry about her passing, but she will always live on in our memories.
