February 26, 2008 – January 24, 2019

On Thursday, January 24, 2019, our daughter, Clara Dee Shields lost her courageous battle with cancer at the age of 10 years. Clara passed away at the Lacombe Hospital surrounded by her parents.

Clara was lively and determined with a compassionate heart. Her smile and laughter would light up any room. Clara was always up for a good prank or learning something new.

Clara is lovingly remembered by her family; parents Curtis and Courtney, brother Cain; grandparents, Peggy and Terry Shields, Jerry (Lillian) Silbernagel, Leeanne Silbernagel; aunties, Krista (Andrew) McCulley, Tammy (Reed) Silbernagel.

A Celebration of Clara’s Life will be held at Blackfalds Community Centre, 4810 Womacks Road, Blackfalds, AB on Friday, March 15, 2019 at 1:00 pm, please wear bright colors.
