Lyla Winona Sentes
January 4, 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving and devoted wife, mom, grandma and great-grandma. Lyla Winona Sentes (Deschene) was born May 23, 1951 and passed away on January 4, 2021. She is survived by her husband Ken, who was the love of her life; her children Darcy (Dale), Tammy (Jason), Marcel (Aimy) and Charlotte (Seth); grandchildren DJ (Heather), Justina (Brett), Hailey (Mark), Tyson (Presley), Mattheya, Mason, Josh, Payton, Andrew, Christopher, Anna, Kelvin; and great-grandchildren Carter, Hunter, Darcii-Annah, Brayden, Sawyer and River. She is also survived by her siblings Allan, Gerald, Doug, Elbert, Linda, Bea and Vickie. A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation.
Mom, you left us with wonderful memories and your love is still our guide, although we cannot see you, we know you are by our side.
If roses grow in Heaven Lord, please pick a bunch for me. Place them in my Mother's arms and tell her they're from me.
Tell her that I love her and miss her and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for awhile.
Because remembering her is easy, I do it every day, but there's an ache within my heart that will never go away.
