It is with very deep sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Heinz in Vancouver General Hospital, Vancouver B.C. Heinz is survived by his loving wife of 63 years Maria, daughter Ingrid (Bill), son Robert (Julia) grandchildren, Cameron, Erica, James (Misha), Garrett and great grandson Mason.

Wonderful man who will be sorely missed by many. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Heart and Lung Research at vghfoundation.ca/donate, or call 604-857-4676.

Dear Maria & Family. We are deeply saddened to learn that Heinz has passed away. Although many years have passed between us, we hope you will find some comfort in knowing that we care. Harry has always told everyone he knows that Heinz was the best man he had ever had the pleasure of working for, and what a kind and generous man he was. Most sincerely, Harry & Carol. We would very much appreciate knowing when a Celebration of Life is planned, as we would like to be able to attend.
