Lois Marie Sawatzky

To the Sawatzy family, So sorry to hear of Lois's passing. I knew her from your Dad when I worked with him at the Fire Dept. (and also as neighbours in Fairview). Lois was a super sweet lady. It was always nice to chat with her on the phone before and after your Dad passed. Mrs. Claus will be missed.

We were saddened to hear about Lois' passing. Both of us have very fond memories of good times spent with Lois and Don from the Al Azhar Clowns and also the Daughters of the Nile especially with the annual "apple pie" project. They were a such loving, caring and giving couple. Thoughts and prayers are with the family.

To the Family of Lois Sawatzky, Lois and I go back many years, from clown parades to apple pie making for the Shriners Hospital in Montreal and from Daughter's of the Nile. We were very good friends. May you remember your mom and dad with love and caring. They loved all of you. Carol Anderson

To the Sawatzky family, especially Gerry and Linda whom I met when Don moved to long term care. The McDougall church family fondly remember Lois and Don who for so many years were faithful members and supporters. Don is remembered for his long service as a Trustee in whose footsteps I follow, and Lois for cheerfully helping in many ways. I know the last few years have been difficult for her. Our condolences. Greetings to the family of Lois Sawatzky, We recognize that the holidays can be a time when it is difficult to be merry, especially when dealing with grief and loss. You are welcome to join Rev. Bill Weaver and Rev. Joanne Anquist for a quiet service of reflection and remembrance, as we hear a word of hope in the midst of struggles, and look to the light in the darkness on the longest night of the year. The service will be held December 21, at 7:30PM at McDougall United Church. A candle will be lit on behalf of your loved one you lost this year.
