Sara Del Carmen Hernandez Pacas

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sara Del Carmen Hernandez Pacas, who passed away on June 11, 2026, at the age of 80 years.

Sara was born in El Salvador, where she spent her early years before immigrating to Canada in the late 1980s in search of new opportunities and a better future for her family. She built a life centered on love, strength, resilience, and devotion to those she cared for.

Sara was predeceased by her parents, as well as siblings and other beloved family members.

She leaves behind cherished memories with her loving family, including her daughter, Sara, and grandchildren Jullien and Thalia; her son, Jose, daughter-in-law Kierstin, and grandchildren Anaias, Mateo, and Dominic.

She also leaves to mourn Oscar, the father of her children, who shared many years by her side.

Sara will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and unwavering love for her family. Her children and grandchildren were the center of her world and brought her immense pride and joy. She will be greatly missed and forever held in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
