Kenton Runtz-Battiste
Kenton passed away April 22, 2016 as the result of an allergic reaction. Kenton was born September 26, 1993 in Regina to Charlene RUNTZ and Leroy BATTISTE. He attended Coronation Park and Elsie Mironuck Elementary Schools and graduated from Thom Collegiate in 2011. At the time of his death Kenton was employed at Casino Regina. Kenton had a heart bigger than all of the outdoors, a smile that lit up the room and a fierce love for his family and friends. If you knew Kenton, you loved him and he loved you back unconditionally. Kenton's passions in life were music and the arts. He loved to play the saxophone, steel drums and had the voice of an angel. Kenton's greatest source of pride was his youngest brother Tyler, who he bragged about to anyone who would listen.  Kenton is survived by his mother Charlene RUNTZ, love of his life and soul mate Shannon BROWN, big little brother Tyler RUNTZ-BATTISTE, beloved uncle Mike RUNTZ, father Leroy BATTISTE, and siblings Janet, Glenroy (Bezait), Leon, Kirk (Nishma), Donelda, Delroy, Kenroy, Mackenzie and Jeremy, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Kenton's Life will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Turvey Center, 100 Armour Road, Regina, SK

I am not sure I can find the words to describe this tremendous loss. I think of Kenton and David hanging out in school, and just being boys, and cannot fathom what you must feel.
