Roland Finkbeiner

Roland Finkbeiner, 68, was a caring father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He passed away on Saturday, May 24th, surrounded by his immediate family. Even though a failing heart took him from this earth, his heart for the community around him will leave a lasting impression. He is survived by his daughters Danielle, Heather (Ryan), and Melanie; granddaughters Eliana, Audrey, Felicity and Jessalyn; siblings Ruth (Tom), Walter (Gloria) and Harold (Cornelia); and multiple nieces and nephews.

Roland also leaves behind his dearly beloved family of Christ. He was a friend to many and remained committed to Crossridge Church and Cloverdale Kitchen. He appreciated the simple things in life such as a walk along White Rock Beach, a cold Diet Pepsi (or Coke in his earlier years), and a good book. He is now reunited with his Lord and Saviour, as well as those that have gone before him.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Cloverdale Kitchen.
