Rodney Jones Manky

Rodney Manky, age 76, sadly passed away on Thursday, June 04, 2026 at Langley Memorial Hospital. He was a loving husband, devoted father, cherished grandfather, and dear friend to many.

Born June 12, 1949 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to William and Evelyn Manky. He lived a life filled with love, laughter, and kindness.

Rodney worked in residential construction and later owned and operated his own dump truck business. He was respected for his dedication and hard work.

In his free time, Rodney enjoyed classic cars, hunting, riding his ATV and snowmobile, vacationing in Hawaii and Mexico with his family.

Always finding solace and joy in the simple moments spent with his family and friends.

Rodney will be dearly missed by his loving wife Elaine, daughter Marcy, her husband Randy, and 2 grandchildren Tyler and Natasha, 4 brothers and 1 sister and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents William and Evelyn Manky.

His celebration of life service will be held at Surrey Pentecostal Assembly, 16870 80th Ave. Surrey, B.C. on September 18, 2026 at 1:00 PM

Rodney is at home now with Jesus his Lord, but his love and legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
