Dennis Resvick

Dennis Dale Resvick of Calgary, Alberta passed away peacefully in his sleep at the Peter Lougheed hospital on December 23, 2018. Dennis had numerous heart and health issues and is now in heaven. God grant him eternal peace.

Dennis was born in Gravelbourg, Saskatchewan on November 24, 1945. Dennis is loving remembered for his kind heart and soft spoken compassion to everyone he knew. Dennis is survived by his partner Bonnie Krueger, his mother Anne, siblings Lorn (Marilyn), Judy (Kevin) Leah, children Todd (Kim), Kari (Jay), Susan (Ryan), uncle Rudy (Berva) Bassendowski, aunts Selma Brooks and Marlene Kennedy, Wade (Kerrie) Krueger, Del (Cheri) Krueger, numerous grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and extended families.

Dennis had an early love for all sports including fishing, skiing, darts, curling and football. If there exist sports arenas in heaven Dennis will be on the sidelines cheering. The family extends great appreciation to the doctors and staff at the PLC. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of choice. Respecting Dennis’s wishes there will not be a memorial or formal service.
