Leonard Paul Rachansky

Leonard Rachansky formerly of Mundare passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2020 in Airdrie at the age of 76 years. He is survived by his wife, Verna; son, Christopher; and sisters, Florence and Alma; as well as nieces, nephews and great-nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Paul and Mary; sister, Vicky; and brother, Bernie. In lieu of flowers donations in Leonard’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice. A Memorial Service will be held at Lutheran Church of the Master, 216 Main St. S., Airdrie on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at 2:00pm

Dearest Verna and Chris, I have so many fond memories of Leonard. He was a man of few words but when he did say something it was very wise or comical or both. Verna, I am so sorry to find this today. Leonard was a man of few words but so incredibly funny. I’m so glad y’all came to visit us here so I could have memories of him too. I know you’re heartbroken and still mourning his loss. My sympathy to Chris, his sisters and to all who enjoyed being his friend.
