Frederick "Ted" Joseph Preet

Frederick (Ted) Joseph Preet passed away in his home on Sunday, May 17, 2020 at the age of 91 surrounded by his family.

He will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by his brother, Bill Preet; children, Suzanne, Glen, John (Katherine), Robin (Greg); grandchildren, Jason (Alysia), Denny (Oksana), Vicki (Tyrone), Amanda (Amber), Kaitlyn, and Carley; and great-grandchildren, Reece, Josh, Kennedy and Lucas; as well as his many friends. He was preceased by his wife of 53 years, Shirley Preet; and their daughter, Dianne.

I tried to call him, and we both would have a laugh, I called a couple of times a year where we would talk and laugh at the many instances we shared together. The time we travelled to Cedar Rapids, Iowa to see a carburetor, through Chicago, and there seeing Al Capones Apartment house in Cicero, Ill. And Ted, was in a big cast with crutches from a previous injury, I always wondered if the cast and crutches was a scam to relieve him from sharing the driving. (You know that's only in humour.) When I tried to call him today, I found his # not in service, I suspected this and checked it out to find this, I'm sincerely SORRY. BYEBYE
