Rob and I were very saddened to learn of Dave's passing and would like to express our sincere condolences to Lois and the rest of the Phillips family. I really enjoyed the opportunity of getting to know David better over the last few years with the work on the Legion project. He had much good advice to offer with his many years engineering experience and was always a pleasure to work alongside. Wishing you all the best at this difficult time. ~ Rob and Elaine Doel

We were so sorry to hear of David's passing. David was a great neighbor and I will miss our chats out on the driveway. Our heartfelt condolences to Lois and the rest of the family. ~ Darren and Marianne Blair

My heart goes out to Lois and the family with having to say good-bye to David. I loved his laugh and his sense of humour. Over the twenty plus years I knew David, we would talk about family, fun and finances. I came to appreciate David’s enjoyment of the outdoors, how proud he was of his sons, his informed view of the corporate world, and his desire to look after those he loved. What I cherish most was his bright smile and quick wit. Cheers to a great man, loyal husband, dedicated father, and loving grandfather. ~ Reagan Pflug
