OLSON, Ruth Edna

August 5, 1935 - January 24, 2022

Ruth passed away suddenly in the early hours of Monday, January 24, 2022 at the age of 86 years, from a brain bleed due to metastatic breast cancer.

Ruth is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Tanice; son and daughter-in-law, Perry and Judy; grandchildren, Laura (Matthew) and Warren (Lisa); great-grandson, Ryker; and son-in-law, Scott Chisholm. Ruth was predeceased by Willis, her husband of 63 years; and daughter, Tammie.

Ruth was an incredible cook, baker, bread maker and made the best donuts! Ruth was also an avid quilter and belonged to two quilting groups the DeWinton Q-Bees and Chinook Country Quilters. We all have beautiful quilts she spent many hours hand-quilting with love, which are cherished heirlooms.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
