It is with great sadness we announce that Irma passed away comfortably and peacefully in her Calgary care home o n Thursday, July 8, 2021. She was born in Coleman, Alberta, but spent most of her life in Lethbridge. Irma was very active raising her family, golfing, curling, bowling, gardening, playing the organ and piano, travelling and being a very accomplished bridge player. Endowed with a great sense of humour, she was generous to all and well respected in the community. We will all miss her very much!
She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Dave Shaw and his wife Louise; Tim’s wife, Betty; Irma’s grandchildren, Allison (Neil), Eric (Katherine), Taylor (Sarah), Elise (Jay); as well as Irma’s 8 great grandchildren.
