I was so very sorry to hear of Domenico's passing-- I taught him English at Notre Dame High School and I very much enjoyed his humourous outlook; he always greeted me with a smile afterwards, when I'd see him at Vivo or at Little Caesar's. Dear Susan, David and family. My son-in-law (Scott) and I played drop-in hockey at Vivo (Wednesday’s and Friday’s) with Mooch. He was a fun-loving, kind of quite young man who loved to play hockey. He had a twinkle in his eye when he deeked me at the blue line and went in to score. I loved to tease him that I would never have allowed that 40 years. He would just laugh. I saw the article on CTV Calgary last night and was saddened to see what had happened to Mooch. Scott and I send our sincere condolences to you. By bringing this issue of depression and suicide to the forefront we hope it will help people get the help they need; and the medical society recognizing this illness and following up with the needed assistance.
