Ruby passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at the age of 86. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Patrick, Nancy (Joel), James and Scott (Joy); grandchildren, Emma, Kati, Anya and India; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. She is predeceased by her husband of over 60 years, Ian Milligen; and siblings, Jim, Jack and Irene. As per Ruby’s wishes, no Funeral Service will be held.Subscribe to updates
