Robert James Miller

After a valiant battle with heart disease, Robert died at the age of 85. He died as he wished: instantly. He was looking out at his favourite view, sunset and white caps on Totten Inlet. Bobby loved his work as a plastering contractor in the family business. He had a passion for speed: cars and wooden boats filled that need. He was a Chow Chow lover, owning six. He is survived by Marlys, her family, his brothers, Andrew and David and their families.

Prayers on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 11:00 am. IMMACULATE CONCEPTION ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 3778 WEST 28TH AVENUE, VANCOUVER, B.C.

Dear Marlys, When last we met you talked so fondly of your husband, Robert. I never met him but he certainly made you happy and I know he will be greatly missed. However, we know that in spirit he is still with you and your faith will keep you strong. We have moved away from Vancouver but please keep in touch as I have the picture (The Last Supper) you gave Wolf & I for our wedding and when I look at it I think of you.
